Our Gorgonzola blue cheese is made in the northern regions of Gorgonzola, Italy from pasteurized cows milk. It is crumbly, blue veined blue cheese with a salty taste ranging from mild to sharp depending on age.

Pairs well with wines like Zinfandel, Sauternes, and Red Bordeaux Blend.
