Made in Denmark, this Danish Blue Cheese is sometimes referred to as Danablu. It is a semi-soft blue veined cheese that is made from cows milk and presents a creamy sharp texture with a slightly salty flavor.

Pairs well with Cabernet. Enjoy crumbled over salads, burgers or pastas.
