Our sharp Gouda is an Italian style cheese, made from rich, North Holland cow’s milk, so it’s creamy and sweet. The texture is firm with crystallization throughout, while the taste is rich and savory! This cheese is aged 10 months.

Our favorite food to pair this cheese with is baked pasta or Chicken Parmesan!

Perfect on any charcuterie board, especially paired with Chianti and Primitivo wine or pale ales.
